The Louvre and Grand Palais are presenting an immersive new way for art lovers to appreciate the Mona Lisa with an experience called La Joconde. Titled after the French name of the Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece, this multimedia experience looks into six themes, including the history of the piece and its impact all over the world.
The tech-fueled La Joconde experience offers a different way for people to appreciate the renowned work of art up close like never before, and all without having to struggle with crowds.
La Joconde opens as of March 10th through August 21st at the Palais de la Bourse in Marseille in France. This multimedia experience represents the future of art, the Grand Palais will be devoting a space entirely to hosting immersive digital exhibitions in 2024.
